Mango Shake



Mango shake is a popular drink in India and Pakistan, especially during the summer season when mangoes are in abundance.
Here is a simple recipe for a mango shake:

Ingredients:



  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, whipped cream, or mango pieces


Instructions:


  1. In a blender, add the chopped mangoes, milk, ice cubes, sugar, and cardamom powder (if using), and blend until smooth.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk or water to adjust the consistency.
  3. Pour the mango shake into glasses and top with chopped nuts, whipped cream, or mango pieces, if desired.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Note:

You can adjust the sweetness according to your taste preferences by adding more or less sugar. You can also use vanilla ice cream instead of ice cubes to make the shake creamier. If you don't have fresh mangoes, you can use canned or frozen mango pulp instead.
